Module 1: Enhance Vitality & Flexibility With Bone Marrow Washing (February 12)

Bone Marrow Washing is an efficient and accessible warm-up designed to energize your body and prime it for deeper Qigong practice. This practice enhances spinal health, promotes flexibility, and gets Qi and blood flowing while strengthening your fascia network — the vital connective tissues of your body. With three simple movements, you’ll warm up your joints — from your ankles to your shoulders — and stimulate your marrow, which carries the blueprint for cellular regeneration and renewal.
You’ll also begin to purify your Jing essence, creating a profound impact on your health… and even ancestral patterns at an epigenetic level. Additionally, you’ll explore the rich history and Daoist worldview of the Wudang Chun Yang Sect lineage, grounding your practice in ancient wisdom.
In this session, you’ll:
- Experience enhanced vitality, flexibility, and joint mobility while stimulating cellular regeneration and balancing your body’s energy through the Bone Marrow Washing practice
- Begin to purify your Jing essence and stimulate cellular regeneration in your bone marrow, positively impacting your health and ancestral karma
- Build spinal flexibility and strength through fluid wave and spiral motions
- Exercise and strengthen your fascia network, enhancing the health and resilience of your connective tissues
Module 2: Cultivate Balance & Presence Through Dragon Qi Returns to Source (February 19)

This soothing practice traces the flow of the twelve meridians, uniting yin and yang directionalities to harmonize your body’s energetic field. Through rising and sinking motions, you’ll regulate your breath and learn to harness the Qi of the mind (Dragon Qi), calling back the five elements to center for a deeper sense of embodiment, presence, and balance. You’ll explore the foundational principles of sustained standing, stillness, and observing the mind, while refining your postural alignment to create a strong, centered foundation.
Additionally, you’ll dive into the Five Element Theory, exploring its connections to color, sound, organs, emotions, sensory gates, planets, and virtues — discovering how to integrate these insights into your daily life.
In this session, you’ll:
- Harness the power of Dragon Qi to align your mind’s energy with your body, fostering deeper focus, balance, and inner harmony
- Harmonize the meridians and energetic field of your body to create balance and ease
- Learn how to effectively observe your mindstream and enter a state of stillness using simple yet powerful focusing and visualization techniques
- Discover how the Five Element Theory links to your emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing
Module 3: Heal & Transform Through the Elixir Phoenix Sun Posture (February 26)

Elixir Phoenix Worships the Sun is designed to support eye health, enhance vision, and even expand your perception of the light spectrum by activating the pineal gland. Known as a sun ingestion practice, this powerful posture connects you to the healing yang energy of the rising sun.
This module also includes a full review and continuation of the techniques introduced in Modules 1 and 2, along with instruction on how to perform an acupressure face massage for relaxation, anti-aging benefits, and longevity.
You’ll also learn advanced techniques for sealing the dantian, harvesting and storing Qi, and harvesting and storing essence from your standing meditations. These practices include Teeth Clicking and Mouth Washing, also known as Bells and Drums Sound in Unison and Crimson Dragon Stirs the Sea.
In this session, you’ll:
- Practice the Elixir Phoenix Sun posture to strengthen your eye muscles, improve vision, and ingest the sun’s healing energy
- Learn to ingest the yang energy of the rising sun for health and alchemical transformation
- Discover a daily face care routine using acupressure techniques for relaxation, anti-aging benefits, and longevity
- Cultivate a deep connection to the beauty and energy of the natural world
Module 4: Cleanse & Revitalize Your Body With Crow Qigong (March 5)

Crow Qigong, also known as the Rhythm Detox Method or Haha Gong, is a dynamic cleansing practice that helps release stagnation and renew your energy.
Using Pai Da self-massage, you’ll stimulate 20 acupuncture points from head to shin, promoting circulation and releasing healthy hormones that balance your endocrine system. This practice combines the powerful “ha” vocalization with heel rocking to expel toxins through the mouth, strengthen your bones, and prevent osteoporosis.
By engaging your connective tissues and fascial network, Crow Qigong protects vital organs, boosts immune function, and clears stress, trauma, and grief from your energy system.
In this session, you’ll:
- Learn Crow Qigong, a stimulating daily detox routine that promotes circulation and revitalization
- Receive a visual guide detailing the names and locations of all 20 acupuncture points
- Release stuck energy caused by stress, trauma, and grief through gentle movement and sound
- Experience the benefits of Pai Da self-massage and vocalization sound therapy to cleanse and rejuvenate your body and mind
Module 5: Illuminate Your Energy Centers to Cultivate Balance & Stillness (March 12)

Three Stars Illuminate is a powerful sequence of standing pillars designed to activate and connect the upper, middle, and lower elixir fields through breath and visualization. This practice allows you to directly experience these three energy centers — each with its own unique qualities and purpose — while cultivating awareness and balance. By incorporating Daoist hand seals and meditation techniques, you’ll learn to focus your mind and enter a state of stillness.
These postures can be adapted to a seated or standing position, making them accessible to all. Additionally, you’ll explore the microcosmic orbit and Nei Jing Tu (Internal Body Map), gaining a deeper understanding of how the three dantians function within the Daoist energetic system.
In this session, you’ll:
- Directly experience the upper, middle, and lower dantians, gaining awareness of these vital energy centers for future energy cultivation

This essential posture strengthens the legs and improves blood flow by combining bending and straightening movements with reverse breathing along the internal pathway of the microcosmic orbit.
Through the graceful motions of “lifting the sun and setting the moon,” this practice integrates body and breath to deepen your energy cultivation. As a cornerstone of both Qigong and Tai Chi, this exercise is a vital step in your journey toward mastering Neidan, or internal alchemy.
In this session, you’ll:
- Practice the Sinking and Rising Pillar exercise to strengthen your legs and increase blood flow
- Deepen your understanding and experience of the microcosmic orbit through coordinated movement and breath
- Refine your postural alignment to achieve a stronger, more rooted stance
